Return and Refund Policy

Opening a refund request is easy: simply go your Order History and select “Refund” on the appropriate order to initiate the process. Alternatively, you can reach out to sales@holofoiled.com to request a refund.

For all refund requests, the following terms apply.

Refunds Due to Damage, Misstatement or Wrong Product Received

For refund requests initiated due to damage, misstatement, or wrong product received, we will issue a full refund of the product price, to include any shipping and handling charges paid for the damaged product. When opening a refund request for a damaged, misstated, or wrong product, we ask that you refrain from opening, using, altering, or in any way tampering with the product. Additionally, we may ask you to provide images or other evidence of the damage, misstatement, or incorrectness of the product. For US buyers, your refund request must be opened within 30 days of receipt if tracked or 30 days of postmark if not tracked. For International buyers, your refund request must be opened within 30 days of receipt if tracked or 45 days of postmark if not tracked. Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in a cancellation or reduction of your refund request.

If your refund request is accepted, you will be issued a prepaid shipping label, at which point you will have 7 days to return the product. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your refund request. Your refund will be issued within 7  days after we receive the returned product. In some circumstances, the refund process may be delayed; we will notify you via email within the 7 day time-frame should a delay occur.

Refunds for Other Reasons

For all refunds not requested due to damage, misstatement, or wrong product received, we will gladly process a refund, provided the following conditions are met. First, the product must be returned and received by us in the exact condition it was sent in. When returning a product to us, please purchase a return shipping service that includes tracking, and please insure the return for full value as we are not responsible for damage or loss while a return is in transit to us. Second, all refund requests must be initiated in the following time-frame: for US buyers, your refund request must be made within 30 days of receipt if tracked or 30 days of postmark if not tracked; and for International buyers, your refund request must be made within 30 days of receipt if tracked or 45 days of postmark if not tracked. Refunds for Loss or Non-Receipt of Product

In very rare and unfortunate instances, a product we ship may become lost in transit. Because we are committed to the satisfaction of every buyer, it is our policy to provide a full refund for any product that is not delivered. If your product is not delivered within 30 days for US buyers, or 45 days for International buyers, we will issue a full refund for that product, to include any applicable shipping and handling charges. We simply ask that if you do receive the product in the mail that you reach out to us via the Contact form of our website or directly via email at sales@holofoiled.com so that we can arrange to either re-submit payment for the product or have the product returned to us.
