We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for domestic and international orders. We will have DHL available as an international shipping option in the near future.
Most orders are dispatched by the next business day. In some cases it may take 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, it all depends upon the shipping service you selected at checkout.
US buyers: you can expect most packages to be delivered within 1-3 business days of sending, with the exception of Fedex Home Delivery which delivers in 1-5 business days and UPS Ground which delivers in 4-7 business days.
International buyers: it varies, but depending upon the service, most packages are delivered within 5 – 14 business days.
Yes! We only use trackable services to send merchandise, so a tracking number will be included with your order. To locate your order’s tracking number, simply check the “purchase completion” email that was sent to you or view the details of your order on our site, which you can find by going to your Order History.

If you have further difficulties, simply contact us with a brief description of the issue (e.g. “I can’t find the tracking number for my recent order”) and we’ll get back with you.
For English products, such as trading card booster boxes, we try to have your pre-order packed and shipped the day before release with the intent that you receive your order on, or shortly after, release. Please note that this may not be available for all products; be sure to check the product details for a notification such as “ships the day before release” to confirm that your product does indeed ship the day before release.
For Japanese products, we will package and ship your product as soon as it is received by us from our Japanese distributor(s). This is typically 4-7 business days after release, but can vary.
Yes! As with any order, you will receive an email notification as soon as your pre-order is shipped out to you. Additionally, we may send email notifications out in case there is a change to the product’s release date or the date we expect to receive the product.
There are a couple possibilities here. First, if it’s a pre-order product, it may simply be that the pre-order was delayed by the manufacturer and hasn’t arrived to us yet. Second, the email may have been sent to your “Spam” folder. If so, please make sure to mark the email as “not spam” to help make sure future emails from us aren’t sent to Spam as well.
